It’s been a crazy time for music in Melbourne as we’ve had a few major artists come through for a show. Last night we got to see one of the most talented musicians on the planet do his thang on stage … & man. Mr. Legend came through with the goods. Seeing great shows really makes #GIGLIFE so much more worth it – the early line-waits, the people pushing into your back when waiting for the show, pushy little shitheads who think they can get in front of you by just putting their hand on the handle bar & pretty much having contact in your breast area … Yeah. No dice. Good comes to those who wait. & man … Did we wait!
Sometimes you forget how major John’s collection of hits amount to. I’m so glad that he did add in extra hits to his repertoire. Though I was blown away by his performance at Alicia Keys’ show, he really put a solid effort in this time around. & I absolutely adore The Forum. Such a beautiful venue. I must say, if I had to compare all the times I have seen John in concert, this has to be my favourite performance of his. His stage presence was so much more livelier. & I enjoyed it a lot more. Yes yes. I know that I met John back in 2011, but for me, this has to be my favourite.
