Last Tuesday (15th April 2014), Ms. Erykah Badu kiiiiiiiiilled her Melbourne show.  I honestly didn’t know what to expect as I’ve never seen her perform before.  But you know, being in the front row from a show has a really low chance of sucking so I went into the show with kinda no expectations but hoping for it to be a good night.

& boy.  Erykah churned out the hits!  She was funny, relaxed, having a great time & not to mention so effortlessly cool.  She was just wearing random pieces of clothing, but the ensemble worked.  I was just in awe of her.  Another great show to add to this year’s chapter of #GIGLIFE.  I was super in love with her when she performed my fave Badu song, “Window Seat“.  & shout out to the Palais for not having their staff be camera nazis.  I filmed with ease … But to my dismay, I forgot to charge my digi cam so my camera died when Hiatus Kaiyote performed (who by the way, have come a long way.  & did anyone know that Nakamarra was nominated for a Grammy?!  So awesome!).  Anyways, here are my pics & vids.  Enjoy.
